Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl or blender, combine all ingredients except for ¼ cup of rolled oats and blend until smooth. Fold in the reserved oats.
- Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cool, slice and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or drizzle of honey.
