Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into ½-inch pieces and marinate them in olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread on sliced Italian loaf.
  3. Toast the garlic bread in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté more garlic, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmer until thickened.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted garlic bread, add chicken pieces, and top with remaining sauce.
  6. Bake assembled bread in the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
