- In a medium bowl, combine vanilla Greek yogurt and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold in rolled oats and chia seeds. Ensure all oats are coated well.
- Gently mix in fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two jars, filling them halfway.
- In each jar, add peanut butter and low-sugar blueberry jam on top of the oat mixture.
- Top off each jar with the remaining oat mixture, covering the peanut butter and jam completely.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, stir the oats and add a splash of almond milk if necessary.
