  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseeds

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries or thawed frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon low-sugar blueberry jam
For the Flavor Boost
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter or sunbutter

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine vanilla Greek yogurt and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in rolled oats and chia seeds. Ensure all oats are coated well.
  3. Gently mix in fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between two jars, filling them halfway.
  5. In each jar, add peanut butter and low-sugar blueberry jam on top of the oat mixture.
  6. Top off each jar with the remaining oat mixture, covering the peanut butter and jam completely.
  7. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  8. When ready to enjoy, stir the oats and add a splash of almond milk if necessary.
