- Wash the waxy potatoes and slice them into thick rounds. Arrange them at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle half of the Magic Seasoning Blend. Toss gently.
- Place the chicken pieces on top of the seasoned potatoes.
- Sprinkle the remaining Magic Seasoning Blend over the chicken and rub it in.
- Pour the splash of stock around the edges of the slow cooker.
- Dot small pieces of butter over the top, if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving, spooning the pan juices over the dish.
