Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated flank steak and stir-fry for approximately 5 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add the red and green bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the flank steak to the skillet, add oyster sauce and sprinkle black pepper. Stir together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
