- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut out 6 rounds of pastry.
- Place the pastry rounds on a baking sheet and press down the center to create wells.
- Stir the ricotta cheese until smooth and spoon onto each pastry round.
- Chop the black olives and sprinkle on top of the ricotta-filled rounds, followed by capers.
- Bake the tartlets for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
