  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs Optional; can use thyme or oregano.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut out 6 rounds of pastry.
  3. Place the pastry rounds on a baking sheet and press down the center to create wells.
  4. Stir the ricotta cheese until smooth and spoon onto each pastry round.
  5. Chop the black olives and sprinkle on top of the ricotta-filled rounds, followed by capers.
  6. Bake the tartlets for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
