Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to create the sauce.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions until soft. Push to the side and sear seasoned chicken breasts until golden, then pour sauce over the chicken.
  5. Combine roasted sweet potatoes with chicken and onions in the skillet. Bake for another 12-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
