Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to create the sauce.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions until soft. Push to the side and sear seasoned chicken breasts until golden, then pour sauce over the chicken.
- Combine roasted sweet potatoes with chicken and onions in the skillet. Bake for another 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
