  • 1 large Onion can use red onions or shallots
  • 2 tablespoons Flour for thickening, adjust as needed

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Form into 4 equal-sized patties and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced onion until soft and golden. Sprinkle in flour and cook for another minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in beef broth, stirring to prevent lumps. Let the mixture simmer until thickened.
  5. Return patties to skillet, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Plate patties and spoon gravy over them. Serve with sides as desired.
