  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Substitutes: regular paprika or chili powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Substitutes: Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Substitutes: coconut aminos
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the Ingredients: Wash and dice your potatoes into ¼-inch cubes. Finely chop one onion and mince three cloves of garlic.
  2. Cook the Potatoes: Heat two tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  3. Brown the Beef: Push potatoes to one side, add ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until beef is browned and onions are soft.
  4. Add Seasonings: Stir in smoked paprika, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Season again with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine and Heat Through: Fold the potatoes back into the beef mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Transfer to a serving dish or serve directly from the skillet. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs or Greek yogurt.
