  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mayo opt for low-fat
For the Chutneys
  • 1/4 cup Green Chutney store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney store-bought or homemade
For the Parathas
  • 4 pieces Parathas store-bought or homemade
For the Garnish
  • 1 medium Onion sliced, optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Add chicken pieces and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Skewering & Cooking: Preheat oven broiler. Thread chicken onto skewers and broil for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. Chop Chicken: Once cooked, remove from skewers and roughly chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth to create the yogurt mayo sauce.
  5. Cook Parathas: Heat a non-stick skillet and cook each paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Assemble: Spread yogurt mayo sauce on each paratha, layer with chopped chicken, sliced onions, and chutneys, and roll tightly.
  7. Crisp Finish: Optionally air fry assembled rolls at 325°F for 3-4 minutes for extra crunch.
