- Marinate Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Add chicken pieces and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Skewering & Cooking: Preheat oven broiler. Thread chicken onto skewers and broil for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Chop Chicken: Once cooked, remove from skewers and roughly chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare Sauce: Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth to create the yogurt mayo sauce.
- Cook Parathas: Heat a non-stick skillet and cook each paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Assemble: Spread yogurt mayo sauce on each paratha, layer with chopped chicken, sliced onions, and chutneys, and roll tightly.
- Crisp Finish: Optionally air fry assembled rolls at 325°F for 3-4 minutes for extra crunch.
