- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small oval patties, approximately the size of a golf ball.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F/190°C). Brush the grill grates lightly with olive oil.
- Place the koftas on the hot grill, leaving space between each. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt for the sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Remove the koftas from the grill and drizzle or dollop the garlic yogurt sauce over them before serving.
