- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well for about 2-3 minutes.
- Dampen your hands with water and form small, compact oval-shaped koftas from the mixture. Place on a greased plate.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C), and brush the grates with olive oil.
- Place the koftas on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
