Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and drying 1 cup of fresh blueberries thoroughly. Set aside the blueberries and gather your tools: a blender, a fine mesh strainer, and serving glasses.
  2. In your blender, combine the fresh blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free blueberry syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and vibrant. Strain the mixture into a bowl using the fine mesh strainer.
  3. Pour the strained blueberry mixture back into the blender and add ½ cup of heavy cream. Blend again for about 15 seconds until the cream is completely integrated.
  4. Take your prepared serving glasses and fill each with ice cubes, about halfway full. Pour one-third of the blueberry and cream mixture into each glass.
  5. Top off each glass with sparkling water, gently stirring to mix in the bubbly goodness without losing too much fizz. Garnish your drink with whole blueberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
