Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by washing and drying 1 cup of fresh blueberries thoroughly. Set aside the blueberries and gather your tools: a blender, a fine mesh strainer, and serving glasses.
- In your blender, combine the fresh blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free blueberry syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and vibrant. Strain the mixture into a bowl using the fine mesh strainer.
- Pour the strained blueberry mixture back into the blender and add ½ cup of heavy cream. Blend again for about 15 seconds until the cream is completely integrated.
- Take your prepared serving glasses and fill each with ice cubes, about halfway full. Pour one-third of the blueberry and cream mixture into each glass.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water, gently stirring to mix in the bubbly goodness without losing too much fizz. Garnish your drink with whole blueberries and a sprig of fresh mint.

Notes
Store leftover blueberry mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze the blueberry base in ice cube trays for future use. Prepare the soda just before serving for maximum freshness.
