  • 1/2 cup Softened Butter should be at room temperature
  • 2-3 cups Powdered Sugar adjust for sweetness as desired

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each, stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined, then fold in red food coloring and vinegar.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
