Steps
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over ½ cup of cold filtered water in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Heat 1½ cups of water and 1 cup of strawberry juice in a saucepan on low heat, stirring gently until warmed.
- Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Mix in the collagen peptides and chia seeds, whisking thoroughly to combine.
- Pour the mixture into molds or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and shredded coconut before serving.
