Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare 8x4-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the wet ingredients until creamy.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans, filling each halfway.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pans for 15-20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
