- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks for 4 to 5 minutes until it's no longer pink.
- Push chicken to one side, add onion and cook for about 2 minutes until softened.
