Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the applesauce, flaxseed meal, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the oats until evenly incorporated into the banana mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly and smoothing the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift out using the parchment and cool completely on a wire rack.
