- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, then add diced onions and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Return browned ground beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cut hamburger buns into bite-sized cubes and layer in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the beef and vegetable mixture over the cubed buns and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
