- In a large, non-stick skillet, heat pan over medium-high heat before adding ground beef. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
- Stir in Rotel tomatoes, chili powder, and kosher salt into the browned beef. Cook for 7-10 minutes until liquid evaporates.
- In a dry skillet, heat tortillas over medium-high for 15-30 seconds on each side until hot and golden.
- Build tacos with beef mixture, shredded lettuce, mango salsa, lime juice, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
