Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and a greased muffin tin.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into 12 equal pieces. Press each piece into the greased muffin tin cups. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until pale golden. Remove and prepare the filling.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir thoroughly.
- Fill the baked biscuit cups with the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh chives. Serve warm.
