  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella substitute with provolone if desired
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar any type of cheddar
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Hidden Valley preferred
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Extra cheese mozzarella and cheddar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch seasoning optional for flavor enhancement

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the broccoli by thawing if frozen and draining excess water, or blanch fresh broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crispy bacon, broccoli, minced garlic, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  4. Optionally, add ranch seasoning for extra flavor.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
