Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add 15 ounces of marshmallows to the melted butter and microwave in intervals until melted and smooth.
  4. Slowly mix in 6 cups of Lucky Charms cereal until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and press down evenly, then refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Cut the mixture into squares after it's set.
  7. Melt white chocolate in 45-second intervals, then mix in green food coloring.
  8. Dip the bottom of each treat into the green chocolate and place them on wax paper to cool.
