  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Large Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs panko recommended
For Frying
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil canola or peanut oil works well

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Take a portion of the chicken mixture and flatten it, placing a piece of mozzarella in the center. Wrap the chicken around the cheese to form a ball.
  3. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  4. Coat each chicken bomb in flour, then in beaten eggs, and lastly in breadcrumbs, ensuring a thorough coating.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering (around 350°F/175°C).
  6. Fry each bomb for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the bombs and drain on paper towels. Toss in buffalo sauce before serving if desired.
