Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Pour in the melted unsalted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the lined baking pan, creating a compact layer that covers the bottom.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden.
- While the base is baking, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Once the base is done, pour the filling mixture over the hot crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle remaining base mixture on top and add extra white chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is set and light golden.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before lifting out, cutting into squares, and dusting with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes
Allow the bars to cool fully in the pan before cutting to prevent crumbling. Store leftovers in an airtight container or freeze for up to three months.
