  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips and unsalted butter together over low heat until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until thick and creamy.
  4. Mix in the red food coloring until you achieve a vibrant hue.
  5. Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until combined.
