Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and brush with olive oil. Roast in the air fryer for 8-12 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  4. Chop the cooled roasted jalapenos and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Butter one side of a slice of bread, spread half the jalapeno cream cheese on the other side, layer with bacon and cheese, and top with another slice of bread.
  6. Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
