  3. Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag or a large bowl, pour marinade over them, seal or cover, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), transfer seared thighs to a baking dish, pour remaining marinade over, and bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
