Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool in an ice bath.
  2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Fold in the chopped eggs.
  3. Add Cheese & Bacon: Stir in sharp cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Let cool slightly, then top with remaining bacon, green onions, and paprika. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread.
