- Cook the macaroni by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil, add macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7–8 minutes. Reserve 125ml of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red chili flakes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheese slices until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni, folding it into the cheese mixture, stirring in reserved pasta water until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or extra cheese as desired.
