Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the springform pan.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Melt white chocolate, let cool slightly, then stir into the cream cheese mixture along with the chopped pistachios and eggs.
- Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set and the center wobbles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
