Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your cooked chicken, chopped broccoli, and cooked long grain rice. Add the homemade cream of mushroom soup, plain Greek yogurt, half of the sharp cheddar cheese, and the chicken broth. Stir until well combined.
  3. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the mixture, then add a generous layer of panko breadcrumbs on top.
