Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, diced chicken, broccoli florets, and diced carrots.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the low-sodium chicken broth, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and rice mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. If desired, sprinkle low-fat cheese over the top.
