  • 1.5 cups Cheese mixed Swiss and cheddar
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk whole or half-and-half

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer half in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the diced ham and half of the cheese over the croissant layer.
  5. Layer the remaining croissant pieces, then top with the rest of the ham and cheese.
  6. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl before pouring over the casserole layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
