Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  3. In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, and any seasonings. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and parchment-lined 5"x9" loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the bread sit in the oven for an additional 10 minutes before removing and cooling on a wire rack.
