- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, add room temperature egg whites and a splash of vinegar. Beat on high speed for about 10-15 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, and any seasonings. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased and parchment-lined 5"x9" loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
