  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Warm Water add gradually to adjust consistency

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko, red curry paste, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, beaten egg, cilantro, lime juice, and optional coconut milk. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet with space between each.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While baking, whisk together the dipping sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust with warm water if needed.
  6. Serve meatballs warm, garnished with cilantro, alongside the dipping sauce.
