  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • 8 units Tortillas flour or corn
For the Sauce and Topping
  • 2 cups Enchilada Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef along with diced onions. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for an additional minute.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the beef filling onto the center. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the top, covering each enchilada generously.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the enchiladas, then bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro or sliced jalapeños if desired.
