- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
- On one half of each dough circle, spread a layer of pizza sauce, followed by ricotta cheese, pepperoni, salami, and shredded mozzarella.
- Fold the dough over the fillings, pinch the edges, and crimp them with a fork if desired.
- Place the calzones on the baking sheet and cut a small vent on top of each.
