  • 2 bags Hershey's Egg Candies Each bag is 9 oz; can swap with other candies.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
  2. Open Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough and press a portion into each muffin well, filling halfway. Bake for 10-14 minutes.
  3. Use the bottom of a shot glass to create an indentation in each baked cookie cup.
  4. Cool cookie cups in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  5. Beat softened salted butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, then vanilla and cream for desired frosting consistency.
  6. Pipe buttercream frosting into the center of each cookie cup, swirling high for presentation.
  7. Sprinkle three Hershey's Egg Candies on top of the frosting in each cookie cup.
