- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Open Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough and press a portion into each muffin well, filling halfway. Bake for 10-14 minutes.
- Use the bottom of a shot glass to create an indentation in each baked cookie cup.
- Cool cookie cups in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Beat softened salted butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, then vanilla and cream for desired frosting consistency.
- Pipe buttercream frosting into the center of each cookie cup, swirling high for presentation.
- Sprinkle three Hershey's Egg Candies on top of the frosting in each cookie cup.
