- In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred or slice.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix well with sauce, then serve.
