Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 package Vanilla Pudding Mix can substitute with chocolate
  • 2 cups Milk any type preferred
Fruit Layer
  • 4 medium Ripe Bananas sliced
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries diced
Crunchy Layer
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs or crushed vanilla wafers

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add one package of vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk to the cream cheese mixture and beat on medium speed until thick, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. In a large serving dish, layer the pudding mixture, followed by sliced bananas and diced strawberries.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the fruit layer and press gently to adhere.
  5. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding mixture on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. To serve, garnish with fresh strawberries or graham cracker crumbs and scoop out portions.
