Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth, about 2–3 minutes.
- Gradually add one package of vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk to the cream cheese mixture and beat on medium speed until thick, about 2–3 minutes.
- In a large serving dish, layer the pudding mixture, followed by sliced bananas and diced strawberries.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the fruit layer and press gently to adhere.
- Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding mixture on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- To serve, garnish with fresh strawberries or graham cracker crumbs and scoop out portions.
