Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water and pat dry. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  2. Melt the white chocolate drops using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Insert a skewer into each chilled strawberry, dip into melted white chocolate, and let excess drip off.
  4. Sprinkle decorated strawberries with green chocolate shards or sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  5. Mix melted white chocolate with green food coloring, and drizzle over the decorated strawberries.
  6. If using, melt dark chocolate and drizzle over strawberries. Chill for another 20 minutes.
