  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley Optional garnish.

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Skillet

Method

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the linguine and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve a small cup of pasta water.
Step 2: Sear the Salmon
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper, cooking skin-side up for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 12-15 minutes until opaque.
Step 3: Make the Lemon Cream Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, broth, lemon juice, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and parsley, season to taste.
Step 4: Combine Pasta and Sauce
  1. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing gently to coat. If too thick, add reserved pasta water. Flake salmon into bite-sized pieces and fold into pasta.
