- Prepare the Pan: Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/4 cup of butter and 4 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in 6 cups of Very Berry Cheerios™ and 1 cup of freeze-dried strawberries.
- Press Mixture: Immediately pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and press down firmly using a greased spatula or your hands.
- Cool: Allow the pressed cereal mixture to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, place 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter or coconut oil, microwave in intervals until melted.
- Dip Bars: Cut the cooled cereal bars into squares or rectangles and dip the tops into the melted white chocolate.
- Set Again: Place the dipped bars back onto the baking dish and allow the chocolate to harden for about 15-20 minutes.
