- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup of honey, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bananas and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
