Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup of creamy peanut butter, 2-3 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in ½ cup of mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone mini muffin cups or onto a lined baking sheet, filling each about three-quarters full.
  4. Press a few extra mini chocolate chips on top of each portion for additional garnish.
  5. Place the filled molds or baking sheet in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds or sheet and let them sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before serving.
