Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour cold unsweetened cranberry juice into a small bowl, evenly sprinkling the unflavored gelatin powder over the surface. Allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat water or herbal tea in a kettle until just below boiling. Remove from heat.
  3. Pour hot water or herbal tea over the bloomed gelatin mixture and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. For a warm drink, stir in fresh lemon juice and serve immediately.
  5. For chilled cubes, transfer to a small container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Once set, slice into 1-inch cubes and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
