Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, fresh cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Blend until well incorporated.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil until melted and bubbly.
  4. Place filled tortillas seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
