Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer the beef mixture, followed by the drained corn and shredded cheese.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crisp.
