Mixing and Baking
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir until well mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, warm milk, and beaten egg.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let it rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let it rise again for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
